Business travelers laud this "high-quality" hotel's "courteous" staff and "incomparable" location "directly across from the Statehouse and down the block from the Riffe building", and some of the "huge" rooms offer an "excellent view of Downtown Columbus"; too bad self-parking is a "challenge" and "valet prices are ridiculous" (on top of charges for WiFi), and while "pillow-top mattresses" are "comfortable", light sleepers groan that "the walls are not very soundproof."

Location.

No pull or hot tub.
A 4 star hotel SHOULD have an indoor pool & hot tub!

If you want to be in the heart of the city and be in walking distance to just about everything or just watch the city go by, this is a great option!

The hotel had comfortable beds.

No breakfast, no microwave, no fridge, no free internet. All things I get at much cheaper hotels.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. No amenities that I usually get in other cheaper and
clean hotels.

Bathroom was big.

it was $23/day to park your car with the hotel valet and if you didn't park with them other parking was not easily found.

The room would not get cool enough, it remained quite warm even though the thermostat was down to as cool as it would show., it was very dark in the room.
